Ryan E. Towson grew up in Weatherford. As a first grader, he was in the inaugural class of Trinity Christian Academy in Willow Park, graduating from there in 2005. Ryan then attended Dallas Baptist University and graduated in 2008. Shortly after his graduation, he commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Army. After serving seven years on active duty, including deployments with the 1st Calvary Division and 10th Mountain Division, Ryan decided to join the family profession of law following the legacy set by his late grandfather (Earl King), two uncles (Representative Phil King & Doug King), and father (The Honorable Judge Craig Towson, 43rd District Court) as attorneys in Parker County.
Ryan's first years as an attorney were with the second oldest firm in Fort Worth - Law, Snakard, & Gambill, P.C. Under the tutelage of Ed Huddleston, Ryan practiced commercial litigation emphasizing business contracts, land title, real estate, and partnership work. With Scott, Burney, & Associates, Ryan specializes in family law, probate, estate planning, and commercial litigation.
Between sports and Mario Kart with his five year old son, Ryan is active in the Parker County Republican party serving as Chair of Precinct 415.
